Such a relief to have entered 2020. The threat of that Pol Pot Corbyn and his henchmen and henchwimmin averted along with their Year Zero policies. The Tory scum & Un-Woken plebs in the North not enforceably Woken up at re-education camps or liquidated if they where beyond reprogramming. The cities have not been emptied by climate extinction fanatics in an attempt to create a carbon neutral agrarian utopia and the consequential mass starvation. As has been said “The road to hell is paved with good intentions.”
All this has so far been avoided but at what cost? The clear narrative that Britain has since the referendum been following the trends of 1930s Germany have been born out the completely understandable comparison of the current Zeitgeist with the rise of the Nazis. The parallels were uncanny, with the rise of the Third Right and the obsession with the second world war and the ironic twist that the Jewish population have been very unsettled by the internal harassment of labour Jews. Some said “Pot and Kettle” about that one but it was all apparently created by the fascist press.
What we had in fact during 2019 was the real threat -which has come to pass of course that one Adolf Hitler known colloquially as 'Boris the Beast' (but sometimes also conflated with one known as The Trump (though he is in fact president of another country entirely). Boris's record demonstrates a pretty liberal approach which is of course a cover for his hatred. and his far right extremists and their Nazis sympathizers -known as Brexiteers - that have ripped the heart out of British Politics by winning a landslide election through Russian brainwashing via social media influenced by something called Dark Energy, as explained on Horizon the other night.
As per usual as with the so called referendum the ignorant masses have despite the attempt at re education by the BBC. “Put the kettle on Mother the Russians are coming!” as Arthur Askey used to say in the good old days. That referendum and those pesky Russians again! Under the bed this time– and the Big Red Bus of course. It has all been explained how we were conned by A C Grayling – he's a Philosopher King, so he must be right and he has an impressive head of hair. Many lost humanists who have the brilliant idea of replacing parliament with People so that all future decisions can be touchy feely. We should definitely replace democracy with “The People” who could argue with that!
So Brexit is going to happen - don't say you weren't warned by the great and the good. Who can forget those fine dare I say philosophers of rationality and clear vision. Luminaries -in short -our betters. The list is endless: Gary Lineker, James O'Brian,Tony Bliar, Alastair Campbell, Philip Pulman, Hugh Grant, John Major...there are many many more. Did people not hear enough from them all over the past endless years since the so called referendum. Some people just won't be told.
Oxford is split. We have super liberal Oxford West, represented by Layla Moran who has recently come out as Pan-Sexual. The Liberals have gone so liberal they have gone round in a complete circle and come out the wrong end. East Oxford is immovably Labour. I would have voted for the SDP (they were something to do in the past with the “Gang of Four” who were counter-revolutionaries in China apparently! ) But they have only recently resurrected, though they did field 20 candidates. Anyway it was all terribly confusing with all the Nazis and Russians and what-not. So in terrible confusion and unsettled by the “Jewish question” in the Labour party whilst in the polling booth I voted for an independent candidate Chaka Artwell. Big Auntie refused to interview him in 2015 unless he removed an offensive item stuffed into his coat - he refused. The BBC is tireless in protecting us all.

Seriously though I did vote for Chaka, he believes the referendum result should be respected and judging by his manifesto I think he would make a good SDP candidate and the SDP could fill the desperate void in the middle ground of politics in the future.
